Who is Dr. Lee ?
Dr. Daniel N. Lee is the third generation acupuncturist. He is a licensed acupuncturist by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance. He was born and educated in China. He received his medical training at Tianjin First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He holds degrees in Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a Ph.D. degree in Oriental Medical Philosophy. He is a member of both state and national Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in the United States. His success in treating male and female infertility and variety of pains has earned him many referrals from his patients as well as from physicians in Irvine Orange County and LA County in of many specialties such as reproductive endocrinology, internal medicine, neurology, rheumatology, rehab-medicine, orthopedics, endocrinology, gynecology and family medicine.
He was the guest speaker on acupuncture for physicians' continuing education class in Saddleback Memorial Hospital Orange County.
He was featured in an article on ankylosing spondilitis, a rare disease resulting severe pain and inflammation of the spine and joints, successfully treated with acupuncture using his unique technique. He was the guest speaker on acupuncture for STOPAIN, a day-long symposium on traditional and additional treatments for pain management in LA County, sponsored by The Spondylitis Association of America in cooperation with The Arthritis Foundation Southern California Chapter.
He also had been a professor of acupuncture at South Baylo University Orange County.
He was one of the Acupuncture Licensing test examiners in California.
He has been an acupuncture medical reviewer for major insurance companies in both Orange County and LA County.
He was the interpreter of the international Conference of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in 1994 and 1995 in LA County.
He specializes in acupuncture for infertility treatment for both male and female infertility patients. He has treated over 1900 patients from Irvine, Orange County, Riverside County, LA County and San Diego County with success rate of 66%. More >
He published an article on topic of how to improve fertility on your own and was published in the summer 2004 issue of Orange County Resolve.
He started his private acupuncture practice in 1989 in Laguna Hills and in 2007 moved to Irvine Spectrum area located centrally in Orange County. His infertility patients come not only from Irvine area, but also from LA County, Riverside County, Ventura County, San Diego County. Others make a day trip from San Francisco and Bay Area. Others came as far as Arizona, Oregon and even from Spain.
He enjoys photography, music and arts and lives with his wife and 2 daughters near Irvine area in Orange County California.
